ValueNomics Research, Inc. appoints
Dirk Van Dyke Director of Valuation Services.
Cupertino, CA - - ValueNomics Research, Inc., announced that Dirk Van Dyke has been appointed Director of Valuation Services. As Director of
Valuation Services, Mr. Van Dyke will in charge of valuation services offered by the Company. He will also be responsible for final review and sign-off of
all valuation reports prepared by the Valuation Services division.
"This move will allow Dirk to focus exclusively on our growing base of valuation services clients and me to concentrate on our newly expanded consulting services area," said ValueNomics'

success is due to Dirk's leadership. This is a natural transition that will allow us to more effectively meet the evolving needs of our clients."
Mr. Van Dyke joined ValueNomics seven years ago and co-authored the book "The Business of Business Valuation" with ValueNomics' President Gary Jones. Mr. Van Dyke is a member of
the American Society of Appraisers. He is also a lecturer on valuation issues and has had articles published relating to the discipline of business valuation.
