ValueNomics' Director of Valuation Services, Dirk Van Dyke, named chairman of the San Jose Branch of the American Society of Appraisers

Cupertino, CA -June 25, 2003 -Dirk Van Dyke, Director of Valuation Services for Cupertino based ValueNomics® Research, Inc. has been named chairman of the San Jose branch of the American Society of Appraisers.  Says Van Dyke, "It's an honor to be recognized by fellow professionals of such a highly regarded organization.  And it is a privilege to serve the organization here is San Jose.  I look forward to an active year."

Mr. Van Dyke is an American Society of Appraisers' Accredited Senior Appraiser in the Business Valuation discipline.

As Director of Valuation Services for ValueNomics Research, Inc., Mr. Van Dyke is responsible for company business valuation operations. ValueNomics has successfully completed over 1,000 valuations since it was started in 1993.  Mr. Van Dyke and ValueNomics' founder Gary Jones co-authored the book "The Business of Business Valuation" published by the McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.

Mr. Van Dyke received his MSBA from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins in conjunction with studies at the London School of Economics.
