Dirk is director of valuation services for ValueNomics®. Before joining ValueNomics® Dirk performed security and statistical analysis and also taught at
the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Dirk received his MSBA from Haas and a BS in economics from Johns Hopkins in conjunction
with studies at the London School of Economics. Dirk earned the professional designation Accredited Senior Appraiser granted by the American Society of

Gary is a senior consultant at ValueNomics®. An author and recognized authority on the subject of value, Gary has over 30 years experience in consulting. Gary is a
CPA, CFE, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and was awarded the distinguished Outstanding Member Award by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Since founding ValueNomics® in 1993, he has
instructed hundreds of CPAs for ten state CPA societies, and taught the business valuation Certificate of Educational Achievement (CEA) series for the American
